Regular Registration (October 6-November 19): Php 1,900.00
Late Registration (November 20-29): Php 2,200

Requirement of each participant to submit during the Pre-Ride Check-In:
1) Vaccination card showing that you are fully vaccinated (2nd shot was done more than 2 weeks ago)

December 2, 2pm onwards: Pre-Ride Check-In

December 10: Homologated results published in the website

HOW TO REGISTER:
Online Registration through the audax.ph website. You can pay by credit card (via PayPal), bank deposit (BPI 0420-0304-28 or Metrobank 007-32300964-0; Account Name: Carmela Patricia S. Pearson) or GCASH (09175279732). For those paying via PayPal, an automatic registration confirmation will be sent right after your payment (Please check your Spam folder or Promotions folder just in case). For those paying by bank deposit or GCASH, please send payment confirmation to info@audax.ph or through the Facebook Page of Audax Randonneurs Philippines and indicate which particular audax ride you are paying for. A confirmation should be sent within 2 working days. If you don't receive any confirmation, please send us a follow-up message. SAVE YOUR QR CODE IN YOUR PHONE OR PRINT IT OUT. YOU WILL NEED THIS TO CHECK-IN AT THE CHECKPOINTS. You can also opt to purchase for the Laminated QR Code from the organizers and we will print and laminate this for you.
What's Included in Your Registration Fee?
1) Accreditation of your Qualifying Ride for Paris Brest Paris 2023
2) Day Insurance (Php 30K for medical reimbursements)
3) Neck Gaiter (you will be asked to choose a design depending on what's available)
4) Post-ride meal
5) The joy and pain of long-distance cycling *wink*
All Audax Medals come from France and are standard across the globe. We didn't want to include this in the registration fees as it can be quite expensive. These can be purchased by official finishers for Php 900 each. Should you not finish the ride, this is 100% refundable.
Given the presence of Covid19 and the volatility of the situation, it is the responsibility of the participant to secure whatever requirements that the LGUs require to enter the province. May this be a vaccination card, negative swab test result, s-pass, etc.
Refund Policy:
Until October 5 - 100% refund of Registration fees; Transfer requests will also be entertained without additional costs.
October 6-November 19 - 50% refund of Registration fees; Transfer requests to another cyclist or to a future ride will still be entertained but with a Php 500 cost.
No registration refund requests and transfer requests to be entertained after November 19.
100% Medal refund for riders who don't finish the ride will be entertained even beyond his/her ride date.
