Centennial BRM200 Update: Medals and Merchandise

The Centennial BRM200 Kilometer Ride is a celebration of 100 years of 200km Audax riding in the world. To celebrate this momentous event in randonneuring history, Audax Club Parisien has designed a special medal just for this event. Initially, the Philippines received 100 Centennial BRM200 medals. Due to the increase in demand for this medal for the Philippines, we reached out to France back in July. France decided that they won't be releasing any more medals so we had to resort to asking from other countries if they had spare ones. Luckily for us, Audax Malaysia and Audax Thailand came to the rescue.
To date, the 470 Centennial medals in the Philippines are all reserved and paid for. It seems that we won't be able to source any of this one-of-a-kind item. So what does this mean for those randonneurs in the Philippines who wants to have a token or badge for this ride? You can purchase the 200km Audax finisher medal that is given to official finishers for the years 2020-2023 (see right medal on the photo below). This medal also comes from France and is given to finishers who have officially finished a 200km brevet in the years 2020-2023. This medal costs Php 850 each and can only be sold to people who have officially finished the 200km brevet within an elapsed time of 13.5hours (moving time + stops).
Instructions on how to secure this medal:
1) Deposit Php 950 ( Php 850 for the medal and Php 100 for shipping) to BPI 0420-0304-28 (Account Name: Carmela Patricia S. Pearson) or to Gcash Number 09175279732.
2) Send the deposit slip or payment confirmation screenshot to info@audax.ph with your shipping address and contact number.
FAQs:
1) Can I purchase this medal if I have already purchased 1 Centennial BRM200 medal? The Centennial BRM200 medal (if you have reserved one) is given after you finish a 200km audax ride as specified in the rules. If you do a 2nd 200km ride within September 11-October 30, you are eligible to purchase the standard 200km finisher medal as your 2nd medal for your effort.
2) I wasn't able to purchase a medal during my registration and now all Centennial medals are all reserved and paid for. Can I still purchase this standard medal for my efforts this Centennial ride? Yes. Please follow purchase instructions above. You need to finish the 200km ride within 13.5hrs of elapsed time to purchase this.
3) How many medals can I purchase? You can only have 1 medal for each brevet/ride. As an illustration: If you do 4 200km audax rides within September 11-October 30, you can purchase up to 4 medals to commemorate your effort.
4) Will the multiple 200km rides be counted under the Audax Addicts table? Yes.
DELIVERY/DISPATCH of Audax Merchandise and Digital Certificates: As stated in the schedule, dispatch of Audax merchandise will be done from September 10-November 7. For those who ordered a finisher medal, we will only dispatch your items as soon as we have verified your proof of ride. Please give us 2-3 days to dispatch this from the day of ride validation. For those who didn't order a medal, your souvenir Audax items (Audax PH neck gaiter and BRM200 Patch) will be dispatched in the next few weeks. The downloadable personalized digital certificates will be ready for download starting November 3 onwards in the Audax.ph results section.
