The Audax Subic-Bataan Route

Friends, please read through the below article regarding the Audax Subic-Bataan route this coming Saturday.  This route is different from last year and has 6 official checkpoints:

KM 29: I ♡ BATAAN TECHNOPARK inside BTPI

KM 48.77: Welcome to Bagac Bataan Arch

KM 89: IMA Restaurant (note that this is before you reach the very busy Roman Highway)

KM 130.7: Welcome to Bagac Bataan Arch

KM 143.7: Waiting Shed at Binukawan, Bagac, Bataan

KM 176.4: I ♡ BATAAN TECHNOPARK inside BTPI

What's significantly different from last year are the following:

1) NO need to reach Roman Highway as the checkpoint is at IMA restaurant:

2) When you have your card stamped at the Welcome to Bagac Arch for the 2nd time, you will have to go to the direction of IMA Restaurant again for the 5th checkpoint at KM 143.7.  This checkpoint is the waiting shed at Binukawan, Bagac:

BIG REMINDER: You have to go through BTPI again for the last checkpoint.  Please do not miss this.

All Audax riders are expected to know the route by heart as this has been shared before the February 29 ride.  We are just emphasising on these changes to make sure nobody gets lost on Saturday.  Cue sheet and photos have been shared.
