Audax PH Updates: 2023 Calendar as of March 30, 2022 Super Randonneur Medals and Paris Brest Paris

UPDATED AUDAX CALENDAR as of March 30, 2023:

Please see updated 2023 calendar as of March 30, 2023. Please read through all the ride details BEFORE you register for a particular ride.  The Audax season is different from the calendar year.  The 2023 Audax Season is from November 1, 2022 until October 31, 2023.  All Audax rides from November 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023 are qualifying rides for Paris Brest Paris happening in August 2023.  The November and December audax rides in the calendar are part of the 2024 Audax season already.  

For every PBP year since 2011, we hold "Remedial" audax rides for those who need this 1 ride to qualify for Paris Brest Paris.  We have scheduled 2 remedial rides in Euraudax style (allure libre) and will be led by Mr. Lorenzo De Luna.  This will be limited to 10-12 riders only.  Should you wish to participate on this remedial audax rides, please send your interest to info@audax.ph so we can process your registration manually.

For the first time in Audax PH history, we will hold all the distances (Populaire, 200km/300km/400km/600km) on 1 weekend in Cebu!  We will be making long-distance cycling history in Cebu!  For those vying for Paris Brest Paris, the 600km in Cebu is a good simulation of PBP!  For this year, we will also hold the first Audax ride in Bukidnon on October 7!  It will be hilly-crazy but everyone will be rewarded with such stunning and NZ-like views!

2022 SUPER RANDONNEUR MEDALS:

We have received a few 2022 Super Randonneur medals for the Philippines.  If you are a Super Randonneur in the 2022 Audax season and would like to avail of one, kindly email info@audax.ph so we can arrange the payment and dispatch.  

PARIS BREST PARIS 2023 (PBP)

For those who pre-registered for Paris Brest Paris, please take note that you need to convert your Pre-Registration to a Full Registration before June 10.  To convert, you need to input at least 3 homologation numbers of your qualifying rides in the Audax Club Paris PBP registration site.  You can start doing this starting May 27, 2023.  Failure to convert your Pre-registrations by July 2 will automatically cancel your registration.  For more details, please read through the PBP 2023 Brochure HERE.

For Paris Brest Paris logistics and planning purposes for the PH contingent, you can email bookings@swimbikeruntravel.com or message +63 998 5565339.  They would be happy to assist on hotel bookings at the start/finish in Paris as well as in Loudeac.   They can also assist in transport and other logistical concerns.

We will be holding the briefings at Alliance Francaise Manila for those keen to join PBP 2023.  We will announce dates and venues accordingly in the next few weeks.  Exciting things ahead for the country's randonneuring community.  It's time to let the Filipino randonneur make his/her mark in the international long-distance cycling scene.  Bon Courage!
